I read a LOT of fashion blogs, watch a lot of beauty & fashion 'gurus' on youtube, and read a LOT of fashion magazines. But who can afford a $6,000 bag?!
Even if you could, you probably wouldn't all the time. i love love LOVE stores like Target & Kohls! (Also love discount stores like TJ Maxx, Marshall's, & Stein Mart....but they're very hit or miss). I am dangerous in Target, because every time I go in for laundry detergent and cotton balls, i leave with bags full of trendy, in-the-moment fashion. Not only do they highlight specific designers for exclusive lines (anyone remember the Missoni for Target craze, or the more recent Jason Wu collection?), but even their Target brand has great finds! They offer trendy pieces and classic stuff, and the prices are always reasonable. Plus, you can pick up a gallon of milk and paper towels at the same place.
Kohls is relatively new on my radar. I started shopping Kohls more regularly when my favorite California girl Lauren Conrad started a collection there. Her style is represented SO well in her line for Kohls, and the low price is hard to ignore. LC has a high end collection Paper Crown (sold at Nordstrom, net-a-porter, & the like), but honestly I like her Kohls collection better! It changes frequently and is on sale just about every weekend (another reason the love Kohls...never pay full price!)
Where are your favorite places to find a fashionable bargain?
